Copy & Print Help
Simple help for copying summaries, printing checklists, and keeping private information safe.
Printing from a phone or browser can be frustrating. A simple copied note is still useful.
How to Copy
- 1Find the Copy button on the checklist or planning summary page.
- 2Click Copy — the text will be placed on your clipboard.
- 3Open a notes app, email draft, text document, or word processor.
- 4Paste the text (Ctrl+V on PC, Command+V on Mac, or tap and hold to paste on mobile).
- 5Review the pasted content before using or sharing it.
- 6Remove any private details before sharing with others.
How to Print
- 1Find the Print button on the page — it triggers your browser's print dialog.
- 2Choose your printer, or select 'Save as PDF' from the print options if you want a digital file.
- 3Review the print preview before printing — some browsers add extra pages.
- 4Adjust margins or scale if needed in print settings.
- 5Avoid printing private details unless absolutely necessary.
- 6Keep printed pages secure. Shred or discard sensitive pages when done.
Common Issues
Print looks too long
Use print preview to check. Some pages include all checklist items — you may only need a section.
Mobile browser print is hard
On mobile, try copying instead — it is easier. Paste into a notes app.
Copied text loses formatting
Plain text is still useful. Paste into a word processor for better formatting.
Printer not connected
Try saving as PDF from the browser print dialog instead.
Page breaks awkwardly
Adjust the scale or margins in the print settings. Try 'Fit to page' if available.
Browser print settings differ
Each browser has slightly different print settings. Look for a print icon or use Ctrl+P / Command+P.
