Leak Situation Simulator

Practice calm decisions when you see unexpected water in your home.

Scenario: You notice water where it should not be. It might be under a sink, near a toilet, on the floor, near an appliance, or coming from above.

Leaks feel urgent. The goal of this simulator is to slow down, choose safe next steps, and know when to stop — not to fix everything yourself.

Where do you see water?

Is water actively flowing?

Is water near electricity (outlets, panels, appliances)?

Do you see sagging, mold, sewage, or soft flooring?

Are you in an apartment or shared building?

Answer the first three questions to run the simulation.
