Be faithful
Show up on time, every time. If you cannot serve, communicate as early as possible.
Be teachable
No one knows everything. A willingness to learn is more valuable than experience.
Be calm under pressure
Technology fails. The response of the team matters more than the failure itself.
Respect the worship atmosphere
During worship and prayer, the media team is serving — not performing or socializing.
Protect privacy
Do not record or share footage of individuals without permission. Follow church policy.
Communicate with humility
When something goes wrong, communicate clearly to the right person — not to the congregation or on social media.
