Toilet Running Decision Simulator

Practice safe decisions when a toilet keeps running, refilling, or leaking.

Scenario: You hear water running from the toilet, or the toilet keeps refilling after flushing.

A running toilet is one of the most common home annoyances. It can often be documented and planned calmly — unless water is on the floor.

What do you notice?

Is water on the floor or leaking below the toilet?

Are you in an apartment or shared building?

Can you safely observe inside the tank (lid off, without forcing anything)?

Answer the first two questions to run the simulation.

Know When to Call a Pro
