Accessibility Feedback Planning
A founder planning page for preparing a future accessibility feedback process without collecting private information yet.
This is not a live feedback form
- ▸This page does not collect or submit accessibility reports
- ▸This page does not save names, emails, or personal data
- ▸This page does not save disability, medical, or sensitive information
- ▸This is a planning tool for a future feedback process only
Accessibility feedback is not for emergencies. If there is an active emergency, call emergency services immediately. Do not complete a feedback form before seeking help.
Future Feedback Process Planning
What users may need to report
- A page that was hard to read or navigate with a keyboard
- A button or form field that was confusing or unlabeled
- A warning message that was hard to understand
- A page that looked broken on a specific device or browser
- Text that was too small or too low contrast
- A screen reader that could not announce page content clearly
What the founder needs to know
- Which page or route had the issue
- What device and browser were being used
- What the user was trying to accomplish
- What happened instead of what was expected
- Whether the issue was a one-time event or consistent
How to keep reports respectful
- Do not ask users to describe their disability or health condition
- Do not ask for the user's name, email, or account details
- Do not ask about personal medical situations
- Focus on the page experience — not the user's identity or condition
- Thank users for reporting — even if the issue is small
How to avoid asking for medical or disability details
- Ask what was hard to use — not why it was hard due to a condition
- Offer predefined categories (keyboard, screen reader, visual, mobile) instead of free-text disability fields
- Never ask users to 'describe your disability'
- Never ask for medical diagnoses, prescription details, or health history
- Remind users in the form instructions: do not share personal medical information
How to route urgent safety issues
- Accessibility feedback is not for emergencies
- Include a clear notice: if there is an active emergency, call emergency services immediately
- Do not delay users from getting emergency help to complete a feedback form
- Route safety-related accessibility complaints (e.g., a warning was unclear) to the founder's private review
How to prioritize fixes
- Safety-critical pages first — warnings, emergency content, home systems
- Core user flows second — Help Finder, Safety First, Checklist Library
- Reading comfort and visual issues third
- Navigation and layout polish last
- Document each issue with a severity level before starting any fix
Safe Future Feedback Fields
If a future feedback form is built, these are the only fields that should be considered. No personal, medical, or disability data.
- Page or route where the issue happened (e.g., /help-finder)
- Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
- Browser name and version
- General issue type (keyboard, labels, layout, warning, print, other)
- What the user was trying to do
- What went wrong or was confusing
- Optional brief non-sensitive note (no private details)

Copy-Ready Future Feedback Wording
Draft wording only — not a live feedback form. Review before using publicly.
Ask Uncle G is still improving accessibility and reading comfort. If you experience difficulty using a page, future feedback should focus on the page, device, browser, and what was hard to use. Please do not share medical details, disability status, account numbers, passwords, private documents, or sensitive personal information.
